Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gas Guard AI Chrome extension ("Extension"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Extension.

By accessing or using Gas Guard AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Extension.

Description of Service

Gas Guard AI is a Chrome extension designed to help Solana users avoid failed transactions by providing real-time network congestion monitoring and gas fee recommendations.

The Extension analyzes public Solana network data to detect congestion and suggest optimal gas fees. It does not interact with or control your wallet, private keys, or transactions.

Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Gas Guard AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit the Extension in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us.

User Responsibilities

By using Gas Guard AI, you agree to:

• Use the Extension only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Extension
• Not use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will always be available or function without interruptions or errors
• Gas fee recommendations will always result in successful transactions
• Network congestion predictions will always be accurate

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAS GUARD AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Extension
• Any failed, delayed, or unsuccessful transactions
• Any actions taken in reliance on the Extension's recommendations
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gas Guard AI is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
